Exercise and nutrition information that matches your fitness goal.
Your Title
When I started working out, I searched the internet for fitness information. But I ran into a problem...
There were plenty of sites but the information was conflicting. I discovered the problem...
The exercise and diet information was different depending on your particular goal.
Think about it:
-Body builders that wish to add muscle mass are on high protein diets and may take on more calories that someone training for a marathon.
-The exercise routine for a football player may be drastically different that the one someone would use to lose 10-15 lbs.
-There are so many supplements on the market. All of them have a purpose, but they are not for everyone.
-You must know you goal to determine: your diet, exercises, workout routine, supplements and more.
So this is why I developed this site. So that you can find the information that you need whether you are a competitive body builder, athlete, or wanting to lose weight.
Choose a link from the side bar on the left that matches your fitness goal.
At some time your goals may change and you may want to refer to a different section.
Good luck and stay fit!!!
ABS
It seems that everyone wants nice abs. Having a nice ripped stomach keeps the overall impression of "fit". Just nice abs and you look like you are in shape. So how can you get that nice washboard stomach? Click the link to the left to read more about abs.
You should also realize that there are more reasons to have a nice tight stomach.
- Some studies have linked waist size and to heart disease. People with lasrge waist are more likely to have heart problems.
- Helps to prevent back injuries. A lot of back injuries are associated to the lack of abdominal muscle usage. This causes the back muscles to the over and imporperly worked.
- When abdominals muscles a stronger, you may perform better at sports. A boxer uses the twist of the midsection to increase the speed and force of his punch. You use your abs in most sports: golf, basketball, tennis, martial arts, etc.
My point is: Work your abs. The sooner you start seeing that six pack the sooner you will feel better about your weigh loss/workout plan. Really, don't you look at your stomach to determine if you are losing weight or not?
